Mental Health Therapist

At CARE, your week is focused on what matters most: helping clients make meaningful progress toward lasting change. You'll provide individual therapy to children, teens, or adults based on your specialty, using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and root-cause therapy.

You'll work collaboratively with clients to identify what's driving their symptoms, develop targeted treatment plans, and help them move toward measurable goals. We encourage therapists to go beyond traditional talk therapy and help clients experience real breakthroughs.

Your week also includes completing clinical documentation, monitoring client progress, collaborating with colleagues, and participating in ongoing clinical training and professional development.

You'll have flexibility in managing your schedule, autonomy in your clinical work, and access to support when you need it.
